Vladimir Michailovich Skoblik, director of Steel Line Company, has organized a small business making metal doors and metal constructions.
First doors were made in a small 2 stories building of 130 m2. Welding was done on the first floor and door assembly was done on the second floor. Company was specializing on individual orders.
In 2001, the company decided to establish Steel Line dealership network. The decision was dictated by the desire to get closer to the customer. The main goal was to create and develop mutually beneficial relationships.
Partnerships were formed and network of dealers was created. Vitaly Ivanovich Novikov became the first dealer and he continues to be a key partner of the Steel Line Company.
Orders for the entrance doors made by Steel Line Company have significantly increased. There was a need to produce more products and expand its range. The decision was made to increase the production capacity of the factory.
Steel Line moved its factory to the village Veino in Mogilev region, Republic of Belarus, which allowed the company to expand the area of the factory to 9 400 m2.
Groundbreaking year in the history of the company: Steel Line improved production technology, launched the line with computerized coordinate punching machines, introduced dual wholesomely bended door construction and began production of decorative MDF panels.
Steel Line trade mark is registered.
Steel Line opened the very first specialized brand shop in Mogilev that is still in operation today. The shop has a wide range of entrance doors in different price categories and stylistic solutions. The competent staff can provide detailed and competent consultation.
Since the shop sells only the doors made by Steel Line Company, it is able to provided excellent customer services.
Realizing responsibility to its customers for the quality of products, in 2009 Steel Line made a voluntary decision to implement quality management system and received international certification of the ISO 9001-2009 standards.
Certification of quality management guarantees output of consistent high quality, but also demonstrates high responsibility to our partners, customers and our own staff.
Steel Line organized first training seminar for dealers. Subsequently, annual seminars and business meetings for partners of the Company became corporate tradition.
The format of the meetings is designed to provide training materials and relevant information about new products and to gather the feedback from partners.
Steel Line decided to stop producing metal constructions and concentrate on applying resources to manufacturing doors only.
Experienced experts allowed the factory to develop complex technological solutions and improve anti-burglary doors. Thus, Steel Line introduced the doors with 3 contours of sealing.
Started to sell doors to Russia.
Steel Line introduced online system for receiving and processing orders through the Internet. Quality control at every stage of production line allows to give 100% warranty on all parts of the door as well as fully assembled door.
Started selling doors to Kazakhstan and Moldova.
Steel Line has been actively involved in charitable activities and was recognized as “Socially Responsible Company of 2013”.
The production launch new Italian line of anticorrosion treatment and polymer powder steel coating using Swiss robots-manipulators.
Started to sell doors to Uzbekistan.
Steel Line entrance doors were recognized as the best doors in Republic of Belarus and won the contest “Best Building Product of the year 2014”.
As a result of co-operation in the social field of sports and rehabilitation with “Egalite” center, the company was recognized as “Socially Responsible Company of the year 2014”.
Steel Line continues to modernize its production line. At the end of 2015 Steel Line doors became the winner of the contest “Best Goods of Belarus” in the category of “Industrial Products”.
The Company and its director, Vladimir Mikhailovich Skoblik, won the competition for economic and social development of the Mogilev region in 2015.
